Each web site has their own policies and ships from a different point of origin. (Hence the need for independent web sites) Currently, the web sites included with your package are:

SITE & PRODUCT UPDATES
As part of our commitment to your success, all of your web sites will be updated for you automatically by our team of ecommerce service representatives. This includes New Product Additions, Removal of Discontinued Products, Inventory Adjustments, as well as the addition of New Web sites as they are added to the Enterprise Package.
Through the use of your Storefront Editor, you will be able to change and update your Home Page as well as your site map. You will also be able to create your own pages through the store wizard.. These portions will be the responsibility of the member to keep updated as necessary. (By default, these sections already have content suitable for your business development and require no changes unless desired).

PRODUCT PRICING & MARKUP
From your Account Administration area, you will be able to set the pricing mark-ups for each site as you see fit for your business goals. Mark-ups are added to your Enterprise Member Pricing.
For Example:
Your Enterprise Member Cost for a High Polished Chrome Zippo Lighter is $8.74.
If you set a Mark-up of 25% for your Zippo Store, the price your customers will see is $10.93.
So each time you sell the item, you will earn $2.19 profit from the sale.
Pricing Mark-ups are controlled on the store level. You may have different mark-ups for each web site, but all products within the site will share the same mark-up setting.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments received through any of your web sites are processed by us. In order to maintain the integrity of our program and shield the identity of your source, all payments are processed under our corporate title of J.I. Inc. (Jessicapital Investments, Inc.)
You will not need a Merchant Account or PayPal account in order for your site(s) to receive payments.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders will be shipped on your behalf by our warehouses. You will not be required to stock any product or ship any orders for your web site(s) sales.
All orders will be fulfilled in accordance with the policies posted for each site in accordance with our warehouses' shipping policies.

SITE CUSTOMER SERVICE
All email inquiries received through any of your web sites will be handled in a timely fashion by one of our own customer service representatives. Upon creation of your sites, you will be assigned two email addresses:

owner@yourdomain.com
You are free to use these email addresses for your marketing or personal needs. You will be given a password to check your email accounts through the members only administration area of our Enterprise Member's web site.
Any correspondence received by our staff that is unrelated to the site(s) itself, or is of a personal or direct nature, will be forwarded to you for review.

LIVE OPERATOR
Each web site has a live operator installed on the "Contact" page. Our representatives will monitor this live operator as available on your behalf. When the operator is not available, your customers will be given the option of leaving a message for one of our representatives to contact them via email.
While we will make all appropriate efforts to keep the live operator available as scheduled, no monitoring guarantees are offered or implied.

DOMAIN REGISTRATION & SETTINGS
In order to take advantage of our 7 web site program, you will need to have your own domain name. This is the name your customers will associate with your business and the name they will use in order to visit any of your web sites.
If you already have a domain name you would like to use, then you will just need to point it to our servers by setting the DNS (Domain Name Servers) to:

(It normally takes 24-48 hours for the DNS change to be updated with your registrar).
If you do not have a domain name, you will need to register one. Registration is usually between $8 and $15 per year. For your convenience, we have built our own domain registration site that will automatically point your domain to our servers upon completed registration. (.com registrations are $8.95/year)

STOREFRONT EDITOR
Our storefront editor allows our Enterprise members to add links, change content, insert counters or newsletter subscription forms, etc.
With the storefront editor you will be able to edit/modify the following areas:
1.) The main home page description.
2.) Create Additional Pages using your template.
Our storefront editor uses a WYSIWYG format which means that you simply edit the page to look the way you want, and the system writes the underlying HTML for you. If you can write an email, you have the skills to modify your site(s) with our storefront editor.

MEMBERS ONLY ACCESS
At the hub of our Enterprise Program is our Enterprise Member Web sites. it is from this web site you will be able to manage all facets of your account as well as make your direct purchases to support your direct sales, auction sales, retail sales, flea market sales, etc.
Enterprise members receive discounted pricing versus the pricing you will find from our own Network of web sites. The prices offered from this site are the same prices we pay to support our own business. Depending on the mark-up you select for your own web sites, it is possible that you will offer your customers lower prices than those found at sites.

RESELLERS TOOLS AND DOWNLOADS
As an Enterprise Member, you will have access to our product and image download section. This is popular among members who have other sites from which they would like to offer our products. Each site has it's own download and image folder for you to access. The product download can be saved in MS Excel or .csv format for your convenience.
Other tools available include a resellers guide, our web site updates list, and access to our opportunity mall where you can find other income producing opportunities to use separately or in conjunction with your Enterprise web sites.

INCENTIVE PROGRAMS
Within our member area, you will find one or two incentive programs offered as a friendly competition to our members. These contests might be for "Largest Single Sale", "Most Referred New Members", "Highest Monthly or Quarterly Sales Volume", etc. Prizes usually range from $50 to $250 and may be paid in the form of web site credit or cold hard cash (or PayPal). Its our way of rewarding those who really step up in their enterprise commitment.

WEB SITE SALES INCOME
Your first source of revenue will be the commissions generated through purchases made at any one of your 7 web sites. The amount you earn on each sale will depend on the pricing mark-up you set for that particular site.
Each time a sale is made through one of your sites, you will receive an email informing you that a purchase was made through your web site along with a link to view the pending commission.
Payments are disbursed on the 1st business day of each month. There is a calendar month lapse between the end of a payment cycle and the disbursement of commissions to help cover situations such as returns, exchanges, charge backs, etc. This means, disbursements made on the 1st business day in March, for example, will be for commissions earned during the payment cycle ending on January 31st.
If your commission balance is less than $30, the balance is carried over to the next payment cycle and this is repeated until you have exceeded $30 in earned commissions.

DIRECT SALES INCOME
With the explosion in online auction popularity, auction sales now account for almost 85% of direct purchases made by our Enterprise Members. With this in mind, our Enterprise Members Site offers you the ability to purchase directly at your discounted price and have the items shipped to your winning bidders. This allows you to put your profits in your pocket immediately after the sale is made rather than waiting on a commission payment (If you purchased through your own site to complete the order).
Retail store owners, flea market vendors, and 3rd party web sites all currently benefit from the ease of purchasing directly from our Enterprise Members Site.
How It Works
List an item for sale at a price higher than your Enterprise Member Cost.
When a sale is made, collect the payment including S/H from the customer.
Place the order through the Enterprise members Only site at your discounted cost.
The difference between your cost and the price you sold the item for is your profit.
While your web sites will offer your customers a vast product line to choose from, with your direct sales you can custom pick the product(s) you would most like to sell and focus on them. You can then up sell products and services through your web sites by including marketing information to your direct purchasing clients.

MEMBER REFERRAL INCOME
Perhaps the most profitable aspect of our Program is the "Privately Branded" enterprise web site that is included with your Enterprise Membership. We hope we have convinced you of the incredible value of our program and how the $99.90 one-time fee is a fraction of what the program is worth (And of the profits you will make as a result of joining).
With your Privately Branded Enterprise Opportunity, you will be able to offer your web site visitors the exact same opportunity being presented to you today, except that instead of being the Enterprise Program, it will be the Your Name Here Enterprise Program.
Each time one of your customers signs up to be an Enterprise Member through your web site, you will automatically earn $49.95 of the $99.90 membership fee. We have members who are consistently referring 4-5 new members every week. They are earning $700-$1200 a month without ever selling an actual product to be shipped!
Besides earning the 50% commission of $49.95, you will also receive 7% commissions on any sales made by your referred member, either through one of their web sites or direct purchases made by them through our Enterprise Members web site. RESIDUAL COMMISSIONS INCOME
Besides earning 50% commission ($49.95) on each new member referred through your privately branded Enterprise Program web site, You will also earn a 7% commission on any purchases made through any of your member's sites as well as on direct purchases they make through our Members Only web site.
To illustrate the Residual Commissions program, please see the example below.

Of course, some members will produce better results than others, but if your Enterprise site signed up one member like John Doe above just once a month, after 12 months your monthly income would exceed $8000 without your web sites selling a single product or you making a single direct purchase.

INCOME DISBURSEMENTS
Commissions exceeding $30 in any given payment cycle or any combination of payments cycles will be disbursed on the the 1st business day of the month, one calendar month after the end of the cycle. This means that income disbursements made on March 1st, for instance, are for all commissions earned from payment cycles ending on or before January 31st.
All commissions will be paid by means of business check made payable to the name listed on the Account.
For convenience, International Enterprise Members may elect to have their commissions paid via PayPal. International members who elect to be paid via Business check in US funds will have a $2.50 surcharge deducted from the commissions paid for extra shipping and handling requirements for non-USA destinations.
